Goroho derived from the name of banana, grown only in Manado, Indonesia. This type of banana then processed in several ways, including fried into chips, and boiled entirely. When processed, the fruit must be about 30-40% "naturally cooked" (or still in Green state to be exact). This makes the Goroho almost Sugar Free (and Diabetic friendly)
